Two tour options
That combination matters for out-of-town buyers, second-home shoppers, and new construction, where the plan is half the decision. It also saves you from showings that were only going to reveal a layout the buyer does not want.
Premium Tour
iGUIDE is our Premium Tour. The floor plan is part of the delivery, not a separate guess. Agents also get engagement analytics: how long someone stayed in each space.
In your delivery you receive 2D floor plan files and links to the tour.
Interactive Tour
Zillow 3D Home is our Interactive Tour. These tours put an immersive walkthrough on one of the sites buyers already use. If you are a Zillow Showcase client, we are certified through Zillow to set up Showcase tours.
Floor plans
Room dimensions, total square footage, and a clear layout help a buyer trust the listing. Pair the plan with the tour and with HDR photos. The photos sell the look. The plan sells the size.
How a scan works
We scan the property for a Premium Tour with iGUIDE or an Interactive Tour with Zillow 3D, capturing each space. The tour and floor plan are processed from that scan. You get a link you can drop into the MLS, social posts, and your own site.
3D tours and floor plans are especially useful on Hilton Head and Bluffton listings aimed at second-home buyers, and on new construction in Pooler and Richmond Hill.
The rest of a standard order is delivered the next day. The tour link and 2D plans come with the delivery for that service.
