Brunswick is not the island, and the photos should not pretend it is. Buyers here are looking at historic houses near downtown, practical family homes, commercial streets, and new construction on the way to the causeway. We cover Glynn County along with the rest of the coast, from a base in Midway.
Island listings belong on the St. Simons Island page. Jekyll Island is close; tell us when you book if the property is there.
Downtown and the older streets
Historic Brunswick, including the houses around Old Town and the Norwich Street corridor, has porches, tall windows, and rooms that need HDR or they photograph as caves. The same prep as anywhere else matters more here: lights on and matched, counters clear, yard edged. Use the pre-shoot checklist.
A 3D tour helps when the house has additions, a weird upstairs, or a downtown lot a buyer cannot picture from the tax photo.
Mainland new construction and larger lots
Newer Glynn County houses, and anything with acreage or a marsh view on the mainland, should add drone. The question buyers ask is where the house sits: relative to the marsh, the highway, and the bridge to the island. An aerial answers it. Pilots are FAA-certified and insured.

Rentals and commercial
Short-term rentals are on the scheduler under Rentals. Shops, warehouses, and construction progress in Brunswick are commercial work, including a virtual tour that can be placed on Google Street View for a retail space. Commercial delivery is 24 to 48 hours. Listing photos are next day.
How an order usually looks
HDR photos for the MLS. Drone if there is land, water, or a roof that matters. Video if you are marketing to people who will not drive down I-95 until they have seen the house move. A marketing kit if you want the flyer and the single-property site without building them.
We also shoot Savannah and Hilton Head and Bluffton.
