Premier Home Shots has worked the Lowcountry since 2020. The listings here run from waterfront and golf-course homes in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, and around Harbour Town to properties in Old Town Bluffton and along the May River. Since 2021 we have completed more than 90 shoots on Hilton Head Island and in Bluffton and Okatie.
What we shoot
- HDR real estate photography. Bright, sharp, true-to-life photos. No dark corners or blown-out windows, so the marsh, water, or fairway view actually shows up.
- Aerial drone photography and video. Our FAA-certified, insured drone pilots show the lot, the water, the golf course, and what is nearby. From above is often the best way to sell a Lowcountry setting.
- 3D tours and floor plans. iGUIDE 3D tours with accurate floor plans and room measurements, plus Zillow 3D Home tours. We are certified through Zillow to set up Showcase tours. These help a lot with out-of-town and second-home buyers.
- Real estate video. Video walkthroughs, cinematic video presentations, and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Virtual staging and twilight conversions. Stage empty rooms and turn a daytime exterior into a twilight shot, without paying for staging or an evening shoot.
- Marketing kit. Add it to any shoot to get a property website, social media graphics, and flyers built from your photos, in branded and unbranded versions.

- Bluffton: Old Town Bluffton and the May River, Palmetto Bluff, Hampton Lake, Sun City Hilton Head, and the communities along 278 and 46.
- Okatie: Homes and communities along Highway 170 and 278, just west of Bluffton.
A lot of these communities are gated. Add the gate or access details when you book and we will take it from there. If a community charges a gate or pass fee, it may be added to the order.

Do you shoot in gated communities?
