Video shows how a house flows, how light moves, and what the setting feels like. Photos still do the MLS heavy lifting. Video is what keeps a buyer watching, especially someone who cannot tour in person yet.
We offer three styles. Pick the one that fits the property and where you plan to post it.
Video walkthroughs
A continuous tour of the layout. The camera moves from room to room in one piece, with stabilization, a natural pace, and speed ramps between spaces so the cut does not break the floor plan.
Best for MLS listings, virtual open houses, and website embeds. Buyers who want size, layout, and how rooms connect get that here, which also cuts down on tours from people who were never going to like the plan.
Video presentations
Shorter clips of the best features: pans, details, and transitions. This is less about walking the whole house and more about design and mood. It fits higher-end or visually unusual properties, and it is useful when you want a piece you can also use for your own brand.
Best for luxury-leaning listings, listing presentations, and agent marketing.
Short-form video
Vertical edits for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, built to stop a scroll. Most run under 30 seconds. Use them for a new listing, a teaser, or a just-sold post.
Best for social, not as the only asset on the MLS.
Why agents add video
- Out-of-town and relocating buyers can see the house before they book a flight.
- The path through the house is obvious in a way a photo grid is not.
- Zillow, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook all favor video, so the listing is easier to distribute.
- A finished video tells a seller you are actually marketing the house.
We plan the format with you, then film and edit for smooth motion and a consistent grade. You get files for the MLS, YouTube, and social. Aerial clips can be cut in from a drone shoot on the same order.
Finished media, including video edits, is delivered the next day.
